- Email a copy of your business license to Info@steelepretty.com
- Once we review if approved we will change your access from Customer to Wholesale customer
If your already registered, you don’t need to register again. You only need one account to access both the retail & wholesale site; however, you do need our approval prior to purchasing wholesale. To purchase wholesale, you must email us at email@example.com.
WHAT IS OUR WHOLESALE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON WHOLESALE ORDERS
Our shipping staff pays extra attention to wholesale orders, we will not ship out any item that does not pass our quality control standards; however, please inspect each item once you receive them, all damage claims must be made within 2 days upon receipt of goods, we will not honor any defect claims after 2 days. If a defective item is received, please send an email with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org, must provide your name, order number, and the style name of the product with color & size, and also a brief description for the defect.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). S&H is non-refundable.
